COVID19 Health & Safety

With times changing and Covid19 having a huge impact on the way we operate, we have had to put extra measures in place to ensure the safety of  our clients.  We  request that ALL clients read and adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Consultations and treatment reviews will be performed via video call where possible.
  • Patch tests will be sent out to you with full guidelines on how to carry them out.  If you aren't able to do this yourself you will need a separate appointment for this.
  • All consultations and consent forms will be sent to you via SMS/email before every treatment. Please ensure YOU complete these prior to your appointment.
  • If you have any symptoms of a cold, flu, aches, pains, sore throat, cough, headache, breathing difficulties, body aches, diarrhea, or gastrointestinal difficulties then please let me know and your appointment will be rescheduled to a later date.  Please do not ignore any symptoms as you could be contagious and pass this onto other customers.
  • When arriving for your appointment, please arrive on time.  I will not be able to accommodate the use of a waiting area.  Please wait in your car and enter the correct time for your treatment.
  • Please attend your appointment alone.  Please do not bring anyone with you, even if you are living with them at home.
  • Please use the toilet before coming to your appointment at our premises.
  • Please use hand sanitiser provided on entry to the clinic and re-apply as you exit.
  • I will be wearing FULL PPE throughout your treatment.  I will require you to wear a face mask.  Please bring one with you and put it on before entering the clinic.  If you do not have one, I can supply one on entry.
  • Please only bring with you essential items.  Handbags, keys, phones etc will be placed in a plastic bag on arrival and you will not be able to access them until you leave.
  • Payments - where possible please pay in advance via bank transfer or PayPal.  I do have a card reader if you cannot pay in advance.  However there is a charge of £3 for this service.

I am a fully qualified beauty therapist/Permanent makeup artist, who will be adhering to both the government guidelines and Basildon County Council's Health and Safety protocols.

  •  All floors, walls, surfaces are washable and wipe clean
  • All tools are single use or sterilalised after each treatment
  • All beds are covered in a plastic sheet and couch roll is also used and disposed of after each client.
  • We dispose of clinical waste via a professional collection service
  • Full PPE is worn for every treatment
  • All equipment, floors, walls and surfaces are cleaned between appointments
  • Hand washing facilities are available for use
  • Disposable hand towels will be provided for your use
  • Paperless systems are in place now to reduce paper work and extra time before your treatment
  • In addition to the above, I am also certified by Barbicide in the cleanliness and sanitisation precautions related to COVID19
