Appointments are secured with a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.  If you need to cancel your appointment, this deposit will be moved to another date (providing you give a minimum of 48  hours' notice)

PLEASE NOTE - Touch up appointments are 1 appointment only.  If you leave it too long and require more than 1 appointment, you will be charged additionally for any further appointments to cover my time and for extra product costs.  Any additional appointments will be charged at £50 each.
