1) A patch test is required for all new clients or new treatments

2) A £50 non refundable, non transferable fee is required to secure all new bookings.

3) Cancellations -  If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be liable to pay the full treatment cost.   If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a 50% fee will be applied.

4) You will be given aftercare advice. Failure to adhere to this will affect your finished results. If aftercare advice  is not followed and an additional treatment is required, you will be charged accordingly.

5) You must be over 18 years of age.

6) You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.

7) You must ensure you are not under the influence of alcohol and are not taking blood thinners on the day of your appointment.

8) During your consultation you must disclose all medical conditions and current medication.  Failure to do so may affect your treatment.

9) When having eyeliner treatments, you must remove any eyelash extensions prior to arriving for your booking.

10) There is a minimum wait between appointments of 4-6 weeks, to allow your skin to fully heal. You must not have treatment in that area before this time has passed.

11) On the day, please ensure you are happy with the treatment before leaving.  Any additional re-touches after this will be charged and cannot be completed within the first 4 weeks.

12) Please note, when paying a deposit or balance online, if you decide to cancel your appointment, you will be offered to move your booking to another date, as long as it's outside the 48 hours notice period.  If however you decide to cancel all together, your non refundable deposit will  not be refunded and you will be charged any fees incurred for card transaction fees.  Refunds online can take up to 10 working days and can incur a processing fee from the payment provider.

13) You must ensure you do not touch the treated area during healing, this can cause infections to occur and loss of pigment placement.
